Vinyasa Yoga
All Levels

The opening of this session is usually a short Yogic talk or inspirational theme for the class. Expect a Dynamic yet conscious Vinyasa based practice which cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, focus and coordination. The Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence and is the portal to a mediation in motion. Expect an energetic session with pauses on arm balances, inversions and exploration of movement. A great chance for participants to find balance between challenge and acceptance. The class includes guided Pranayama and final Relaxation.

Yang to Yin Yoga
All Levels

This class is a balanced mixture of active Yang and passive Yin practice. Expect dynamic conscious movement and the depth of meditative Yin postures on the mat to withdraw and balance energies. It is the perfect session to move freely with the breath, to connect to the body senses and to practice surrender.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Intermediate Level

Dynamic Vinyasa based Yoga practice which cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, focus and coordination. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence and it is a powerful and energetic practice which tones the entire body. Expect a vinyasa flow with pauses on arm balances, inversions and exploration through body movement based on strength. Ideally for participant which are familiar with Vinyasa or have a similar practice. The class includes guided Pranayama and final Relaxation.

Connect, Meditate and Restore
All Levels

This is a themed Restorative Yoga class where props are used to support yoga poses, through gentle stretches and holding poses for longer, this practice relaxes the nervous system, it releases emotional, physical and mental tension and it is a session dedicated to introspection and grounding. Expect a guided Meditation, Restorative Asanas (yoga poses) and plenty of relaxation. This is a session with the focused to bring Body, Mind and Soul into balance, expect to feel rejuvenated and at peace.
